# One-Click NDA

One-click NDA puts a confidentiality gate in front of your documents: viewers
must accept your terms — with a single click or a full electronic signature —
before they can see any content. No one reaches your documents without first
agreeing to your confidentiality terms.

## NDA options

- **Bring your own NDA** — upload your own agreement or link to an existing online one, so your exact legal language is used.
- **One-click acceptance** — a fast "I agree" gate for lighter-weight confidentiality.
- **Electronic signature** — drag signature, name, and date fields onto the agreement so viewers sign before accessing any page.

## Acceptance tracking & audit trail

Every acceptance is captured for compliance:

- **Identity** — viewer name and email address.
