Link presets let you define a reusable set of permissions (downloads, notifications, watermarks, expirations, and more) and apply them to new links with a single click. They’re especially handy for larger teams that need consistent security rules.

Link presets are available on the Business and Data Rooms Plus plans.

  1. Go to your Papermark accountPapermark.
  2. Enter your credentials to access your dashboard.

Advanced tips

  • Default preset: Mark one preset as Default so every new link starts with those settings automatically.
  • Team consistency: Share the same preset across your team to enforce standardized security.
  • Versioning: If your policy changes, create a new preset rather than editing the old one so you have a clear history.
