Data Room Upload Visibility
Control which visitors can see new uploads in your data room
You now have granular control over who sees new documents when they're added to your data room.
New visibility options include:
- All visitors — everyone with access sees new uploads immediately
- Specific groups — only selected visitor groups see new content
- Hidden by default — new uploads are hidden until you explicitly grant access
This is particularly useful for staged document releases during due diligence, where different parties need access to different materials at different times.
Configure upload visibility in your data room settings or set it per-folder.
