Notification Settings Page

Control your notification preferences with the new Notifications settings page.

Configure notifications for:

• Access denials — When viewers are blocked from accessing documents
• New documents — When files are added to your datarooms
• Visitor uploads — When visitors upload to your datarooms
• Frequency options — Instant, daily digest, or weekly summary

Find it in Settings → Notifications to customize how and when you receive alerts.

All team members can set their own preferences, and notification recipients are automatically resolved based on dataroom ownership and team roles.
