Visitor Groups

Managing access for multiple visitors just got easier with visitor groups.

Create groups to organize visitors by:

• Deal role — buyers, sellers, advisors, legal counsel
• Organization — group all visitors from the same company
• Access level — tier 1, tier 2, or full access groups
• Custom criteria — any grouping that fits your workflow

Once grouped, you can:

• Grant folder access to entire groups at once
• Send bulk invitations to group members
• Track analytics by group
• Update permissions for all group members simultaneously

Visitor groups are available in data room settings under the new "Groups" tab.
