Yuno raises a $45M Series B, with investor relations on Papermark
Yuno is a payment orchestration platform founded in Colombia. One integration connects businesses to more than 1,000 payment methods and 460 integrations across 190 countries, with customers such as McDonald's, GoFundMe, inDrive and Rappi.
On August 12, 2026, Yuno announced a $45M Series B led by Global PayTech Ventures, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, QuantumLight Capital, Monashees, Kaszek, Endeavor Catalyst, Rasmal Ventures, Further Ventures and GrowthX Capital.
Yuno has used Papermark for years, and runs its investor relations from a dedicated fundraising account: a secure, modern data room with custom branding and granular access controls.
- $45M Series B
- Led by Global PayTech Ventures
- 1,000+ payment methods in 190 countries
- Investor relations run on Papermark

"Being local everywhere is the hardest problem in payments, and anyone starting on it today is at least two years behind." - Juan Pablo Ortega, Co-Founder and CEO, Yuno
Two teams, two Papermark accounts
Yuno first came to Papermark through its sales team, which shares proposals with prospects and tracks how they read them. You can read that story in How Yuno scaled to 20 sales people sharing proposals via Papermark.
Investor documents are a different matter. A cap table, financial model or board deck should never sit next to sales collateral. So Yuno keeps two separate accounts:
- Sales account for decks and proposals sent to prospects
- Fundraising account for investor relations, with its own data room, branding and permissions
Each account has its own members, links and analytics, so nobody on the sales side can reach investor material by accident.
What a Series B data room needs
A Series B investor goes deep. Alongside the deck, they ask for the financial model, cohort and revenue data, contracts with key customers and partners, compliance and licensing documents, and the legal records of earlier rounds. For a payments company, licensing matters even more: Yuno Payments Arabia, for example, was certified as a Payment Technical Service Provider by the Saudi Central Bank in April 2026.
With a Papermark data room, a team like Yuno can:
- Organize diligence in one place. One structured room with folders for financials, legal, commercial, compliance and team.
- Set permissions per investor. Each fund gets its own group, with view only, download or no access on each folder and file.
- Follow engagement. Page-by-page analytics show which investors opened the model, and which sections held their attention.
- Present the company, not the tool. Custom branding and a custom domain keep the room on Yuno's brand.
