How to set up global branding across documents and data rooms?
Configuring branding for every link or every data room is tedious. Global branding lets you set your logo, color, banner, and favicon once at the account level and have them flow through to every document and data room automatically. You can still override per data room when a specific deal needs its own look.
Global branding is available on the Business plan and above.
What global branding controls
When you set branding at the account level, these elements apply across the entire Papermark experience for your team:
Logo: shown in the viewer header for every link
Banner image: optional hero image displayed above your documents and data rooms
Brand color: applied to buttons, links, and accents in the viewer
Favicon: the browser tab icon for your shared links
Meta tags and social cards: control how your links look on Slack, LinkedIn, X, and email previews
Once configured, every new document and data room inherits these settings automatically. Existing links update on next view.
Global branding pairs well with custom domains. When viewers access your link at docs.yourcompany.com with your logo, banner, and brand color, the result is a fully white-labeled experience with no Papermark visible.
