Today we are launching Papermark as a connector on Perplexity Computer. Your documents and data rooms become something Perplexity's agent can act on: it can build a data room, upload and organize files, share secure links and read engagement back to you, from a single prompt.
Perplexity Computer is an agent platform where you hand off real work to an AI that plans, uses tools and sees the task through. Until now, the documents behind a fundraise or a deal sat outside that loop. With the Papermark connector, the agent works directly in your real workspace: your documents, your data rooms, your analytics.

Open Perplexity Computer, search for Papermark under Connectors and authorize your workspace. That's the whole setup: no API keys to copy and nothing to install.
Describe the room you need and the agent builds it: folders, documents and permissions.
"Set up a data room for our Series A. Create folders for the pitch deck, financials, cap table and legal docs, and upload the files from this project."
Every share becomes a secure Papermark link with access controls, viewer groups and per-visitor tracking, instead of a PDF lost in someone's inbox.
"Create a secure link for the pitch deck that requires email verification, and make a separate link for each fund."
Papermark records who viewed which document, for how long, page by page. Now you can simply ask.
"Which investors opened the deck this week? Where did they spend the most time, and who stopped at the financials?"
Combine Papermark with your other Perplexity connectors: pull engagement data, then act on it.
"Every Monday, check my data room analytics and draft follow-up emails to investors who viewed the deck more than twice but haven't replied."
Upload a new version of the deck and every existing link points to it. No re-sending and no stale copies.
"Replace the pitch deck with the latest version and tell me who has viewed the old one."
Papermark is also listed on Perplexity's Computer for private equity page, under the data sources deal teams can connect, next to Crunchbase, Grata, Dun & Bradstreet and IBISWorld. There, Computer sources deal flow, reviews data rooms and builds investment committee materials, and Papermark is where those data rooms live.

The connector runs on our hosted MCP server, the same one behind Papermark Agents. Whatever the agent creates follows the same security as the rest of Papermark: the secure, modern data room for fundraising, M&A and due diligence. Read more about how it works in our MCP server guide.
Don't have a Papermark account yet? It takes a minute.
From first share to closed deal, without leaving the chat. See the launch post on X.
