How to view and download invoices in Papermark?
If you need an invoice for your finance team, your accountant, or your records, Papermark gives you one-click access to every invoice you've been billed. The Invoices page in Settings lists your complete billing history with download buttons next to each invoice.
The Invoices page is available on every paid plan. Free plans don't generate invoices.
What the Invoices page shows
For each invoice you'll see:
Invoice number
Date issued
Plan and billing period (monthly or yearly)
Amount charged
Status (paid, pending, refunded)
Download button to grab the PDF
Link to the original Stripe payment page
You can filter the list by date range to find a specific period quickly.
The PDF is ready to forward to your finance team or upload to your accounting system. Each invoice contains your billing address, plan details, applicable taxes, and payment method on file.
Filter and find specific invoices
If you've been on Papermark for a while, the list can get long. Use the date filter at the top of the page to narrow down:
This month: invoices from the current calendar month
Last 3 months: a quick view of recent activity
Custom range: pick a start and end date for tax season or audits
All time: every invoice on your account
You can also search by invoice number if you have it from an email confirmation.
Update billing details on an invoice
If you need to add a VAT number, company address, or other tax details:
Go to Settings, then Billing.
Update the billing address and VAT details for your account.
Future invoices will use the updated details automatically.
If you need a past invoice reissued with corrected details, contact support@papermark.com with the invoice number.
Use cases
Accounting: download invoices monthly for your accounting software.
Expense reports: pull a single invoice to attach to a reimbursement request.
Audits: filter by year and export the full set as PDFs for an audit trail.
Tax filing: end-of-year tax preparation often requires all invoices for that year.
