How to use Papermark workflows for common use cases?

Papermark workflows are pre-built playbooks that show you exactly how to use Papermark for a specific job. Instead of figuring out which combination of links, permissions, integrations, and analytics fits your use case, you pick a workflow and follow the steps.

Workflows live at papermark.com/workflows. They're free to browse and use. The underlying Papermark features each workflow uses follow the plan they belong to.

What a workflow gives you

Each Papermark workflow includes:

  • A real problem statement that fits your use case
  • A step-by-step solution using specific Papermark features
  • The right integrations for the workflow (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Clay, and more)
  • Difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Reusable structure you can adapt to your team

Think of workflows as recipes. Each one tells you the ingredients (Papermark features), the steps, and the expected result.

  2. Apply the preset to each investor link
  3. Connect Slack to a #investor-views channel
  4. Get notified the moment an investor opens a link
  5. Follow up at the right time based on engagement

Buy-side diligence with Notion

  2. Use AI data room generation to scaffold the folder structure
  3. Add internal team via visitor groups
  4. Link out to Notion findings docs using external links as items
  5. Track who reviewed what with detailed analytics

Board pack publishing with CI

  1. Maintain board documents in a Git repo

  3. The action mints a fresh link with auto-generated slug
  4. Slack notification fires when the link is created
  5. Board members receive the same URL pattern every quarter

CRM sync with webhooks

  1. Create webhooks for link.viewed, link.created, and document.created
